Regarding light source products, including UV irradiation equipment, the required light components vary greatly, and not all light sources, lenses, and irradiation heads are universally applicable.
We can perform product design that optimizes elements such as wavelength, irradiation area, and light intensity according to your specific requirements. Furthermore, our ability to propose designs that meet your needs plus additional features, such as reducing initial and running costs, increasing lifespan, and minimizing size, has been well-received by our customers.
Moreover, by internally handling optical design as well as electrical and control design, and mechanical and enclosure design through to fabrication and assembly, we can achieve short lead times for product development. At ARK TECH, we can accommodate the development and production of light source products starting from just one unit. We can respond to requests such as, "I want to develop a custom product for only one unit," even when regular mass production is not anticipated.
On the other hand, we are also capable of handling production volumes of 500 units or more per batch.
