We offer a replacement service for UV lamps installed in various UV irradiation devices. By replacing existing UV lamps from different manufacturers with our UV lamps, we have achieved approximately 20% to 30% cost reduction while maintaining quality.

１．Replacement is possible regardless of the UV lamp manufacturer!

Regarding the UV lamp replacement service, it is possible to replace UV lamps from any manufacturer. We have a track record of achieving up to a 30% cost reduction by replacing UV lamps defaultly installed in equipment with our products. Since UV lamps are consumables, this significantly contributes to reducing running costs. For lamps with holders, we optimize the position relationship of the optical axis, ensuring there is no decrease in quality compared to before replacement. Please be assured of the quality improvement.

２．We respond to various requests through customization!

We can customize and provide UV lamps that meet your specific requirements. Whether you want to "increase the KrF range compared to existing UV lamps," "boost light intensity compared to existing UV lamps," or "enhance the intensity (illumination) in a specific wavelength range," we can address these needs through customization. After production, we not only conduct verification within our company but also offer the option for testing and verification with actual equipment according to your preferences. Please let us know if you would like such testing and verification.

3．If you can send the actual product, we won't need anything else!

We often hear from customers who say, 'I want to achieve cost reduction, but I don't know the manufacturer or model of the UV lamp installed in the equipment...' Even in such cases, if you can send us the actual sample of the UV lamp, we will confirm the specifications and provide assistance. You can rest assured that we can handle it even without drawings or specifications. In other words, you can leave it all to us! If you want to know how much the cost will be reduced, please send us the actual sample, and we will submit a quotation.

Q．Could you please provide the annual shipment quantity of UV lamps?

It varies by fiscal year, but it's approximately 5,000 units per year. We handle various requests, including replacements from other manufacturers, providing units for incorporation, and repeat deliveries. If you have any inquiries regarding UV lamps, please feel free to discuss them with us.

Q．We are considering replacing the UV lamp. Is it possible to extend the lifespan compared to the current lamp?

The feasibility of achieving your desired degradation rate of ultraviolet intensity and the guaranteed time for non-explosive non-lighting depend on specific factors. For example, in the case of a Mercury Xenon Lamp: 200W, if the requirement is non-explosive non-lighting for 4000 hours and a degradation rate of ultraviolet intensity to 70% within 1500 hours, it is possible to accommodate such requirements. Please consult with us first, and we will provide the most suitable proposal.

Q．We would like the replacement lamp to be provided with exactly the same specifications as the current lamp, including wavelength range, light distribution, and lamp shape. Is this possible?

Specifications vary by manufacturer, and achieving an exact identical specification may not be possible. However, we can customize wavelength range, light intensity, light distribution, lamp shape, electrical characteristics, tube material, holder shape, and more to meet your specific requirements. We have a track record of many successful replacements, so please feel free to consult with us.
