Our company sells UV monitors for ultraviolet irradiance measurement and develops sensor heads tailored to customer requirements. Our UV monitor can be used as a subsidiary device for other manufacturers' ultraviolet irradiance meters.

Ultraviolet irradiance meters are expensive, posing a cost challenge for many customers. Additionally, frequent use of ultraviolet irradiance meters requires early calibration, adding to the overall cost.

Our UV monitor addresses these cost challenges. Compared to other manufacturers' ultraviolet irradiance meters, the UV monitor costs approximately one-third. Therefore, by operating the UV monitor frequently, and periodically comparing its measurements with those of other manufacturers' meters, it is possible to manage irradiance while achieving the extended lifespan of other manufacturers' meters. The UV monitor can also be used to verify measurement values after calibrating other manufacturers' ultraviolet irradiance meters.

Furthermore, our UV monitor allows for the development of sensor heads, enabling a smaller diameter. In cases where integration into the device with other manufacturers' ultraviolet irradiance meters is not possible due to cost concerns and limited effective space, there have been numerous instances where our UV monitor was successfully incorporated.

1.Cost Reduction through UV Monitor for Ultraviolet Irradiance Measurement
As mentioned earlier, the UV monitor allows for introduction at one-third of the cost of other manufacturers' ultraviolet irradiance meters. Ultraviolet irradiance meters may experience measurement deviations due to aging, among other factors, and traditionally, it was necessary to possess multiple meters for calibration purposes. By using the UV monitor, it becomes possible to operate it continuously as a subsidiary device, while the ultraviolet irradiance meters can operate for calibration purposes, reducing the number of expensive meters needed. Additionally, when operating ultraviolet irradiance meters for calibration using the UV monitor, the frequency of operation for the meters decreases, making them less prone to degradation. This enables the meters to be used with a calibration frequency of once per year.
2.Small diameter and custom-shaped sensor head development is possible! Easy integration into devices!
The sensor head of the UV monitor is customizable, allowing for the development of small diameter and compact designs. We have a track record of developing a φ13, thickness 12.2mm sensor head (UM365-HM-S) that is small and compact compared to other manufacturers' ultraviolet irradiance meters, making it easy to integrate into devices with limited space. Additionally, we can develop sensor heads with unconventional shapes, such as square-shaped ones. We have experience in developing a square-type sensor head (UM365-HM-3S) with dimensions of W:5 × D:5.5 × H:4mm, ensuring the development of an optimal sensor head according to your specific requirements.
3.Adjustment of absolute values is possible in-house! Built-in adjustment volume!
Ultraviolet irradiance meters are subject to ISO standards, and calibration and adjustment of absolute values are limited to certified companies and organizations. On the other hand, the UV monitor is equipped with a built-in adjustment volume, allowing for in-house adjustment of absolute values. As mentioned earlier, the UV monitor is used as a subsidiary device for ultraviolet irradiance meters. By comparing it with the ultraviolet irradiance meter and adjusting the volume when there is a deviation in absolute values due to aging, it becomes possible to ensure optimal measurement unit for daily management. Since adjustment can be done in-house, it is an ideal solution for preventing a decline in the production quality of the target product.

UM365-HM

A UV monitor capable of displaying from 0.1mW/cm² to 9999mW/cm². It can be powered by batteries or mini USB. In addition to live output on the monitor, external analog output is also possible, making it ideal for daily management of ultraviolet intensity. We offer extremely small sensor heads, allowing for easy integration into devices.

Compared to standard sensor heads of other manufacturers' illuminance meters, we can produce sensor heads at a size less than one-third. Due to its compact size, integration into devices becomes more manageable.
Q.Regarding UV monitors for measuring ultraviolet radiation intensity, is external output of measurement values possible?
