If you could provide the desired wavelength and specifications of the UV irradiation device, we would be able to propose a filter that meets those specifications. If you wish to change the manufacturer of your current UV filter, please send us a sample, and we can provide you with a similar or equivalent filter. Additionally, if you have a clear wavelength requirement but are unsure about the optimal specifications, such as cost or other functionalities, we can still offer suggestions. Please feel free to consult with us.
２．We can provide UV filters from a single piece! Feel free to trust us with small quantities as well.
We understand that custom UV filters with specifications that cannot be accommodated by commercial products may pose challenges, especially when limited by manufacturing outsourcing partners that may not support small-scale production. At our company, we specialize in manufacturing custom UV filters, and we can accommodate orders starting from just one piece, addressing the concerns associated with small quantities.
3．We also provide alternatives to UV lamps and offer repair services for UV irradiation devices!
If the UV filter has deteriorated, repair is possible by simply replacing the filter. However, in cases where there is a need for a UV irradiation device for a new application or if the UV irradiation device itself is malfunctioning, merely replacing the UV filter may not be sufficient for the repair. At our company, we not only provide UV filters but also offer alternatives to UV lamps, replacement of UV lamps with UV-LEDs, and repair services for UV irradiation devices, irrespective of the manufacturer.

Certainly. We have experience in producing filters with a diameter of Φ10. We are open to considering diameters smaller than Φ10 as well, so please feel free to discuss your requirements with us.
Q．Is it possible to propose a filter that reflects thermal radiation?
Certainly. We can propose a filter optimized in terms of layers, thickness, and material to reflect thermal radiation while cutting wavelengths above 400nm. It would be helpful to know the specifications, including the intended application and the device it will be installed in.
Q．We are looking for a manufacturer to produce large UV filters. Would it be possible to produce them in a size of L500mm × W300mm?
Certainly. We can produce filters up to □500mm in size. If you require sizes larger than □500mm, we may still be able to accommodate your request, so please feel free to inquire.
